These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tezopaquba website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are not binding until we receive and confirm your written order. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

Orders are subject to acceptance by Tezopaquba. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation via email. Specifications provided in your order form the basis of manufacture.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes or specification modifications.

Payment terms are typically 30 days net from invoice date for established customers. New customers may be required to pay in advance or provide acceptable credit references. Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

Manufacturing and Delivery

Lead times quoted are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) do not constitute breach of contract.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Title to goods remains with Tezopaquba until full payment is received. Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise agreed.

Product Specifications

We manufacture products to the specifications provided by customers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure specifications are accurate and suitable for intended use. We are not liable for fitness for purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.

Minor variations in dimensions, materials, or finish that do not affect functionality are acceptable within industry standards (±0.05mm unless tighter tolerances are specified).

Quality and Inspection

All products undergo quality control inspection before dispatch. Customers should inspect goods upon receipt. Any defects or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Returns and Cancellations

Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless defective. Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. Cancellation of orders in progress may incur charges for work completed and materials used.

Warranty and Liability

We warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential losses, production delays, or loss of profits.

Maximum liability under any contract is limited to the value of goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Customers grant us the right to use designs for manufacturing purposes. We will not disclose proprietary information to third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
